UK Maintenance & Repair:

Every product supplied by us is covered by our full two year guarantee.

Should you ever discover a fault, our UK based repair/support centre staffed by factory trained engineers are there to provide a speedy solution and ensure you the best possible service.

If for any reason we are unable to repair warranty equipment, we will always replace old with new.

Any non warranty equipment we cannot repair will be replaced on an exchange basis.

Our repair costs are some of the lowest in the UK.

Training:

Structured training courses are available on any of the hardware or software products we supply and can be tailored to meet your needs.

You will retain control for the duration of this session and can terminate the session at anytime. Please close any personal or confidential information on your screen before proceeding as the technician will be viewing your desktop.

During the remote support session, the technician will be able to perform any actions as if they were physically sitting in front of your computer. This premium services is available at £0.50 per minute.
